The Northern Colorado Rockies Venture Club (NCRVC) is a branch of the Rockies Venture Club (RVC), the region's premier entrepreneurial networking organization. Our mission is to provide a forum where entrepreneurs can network with funding sources and service providers.
We are a volunteer, non profit organization that celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship. The Club provides a unique open forum where businesses can network with potential funding sources and investors can preview some of the most exciting new business concepts in the region. Our semiannual meetings feature a keynote speaker or panel as well as brief presentations by four CEOs of emerging growth companies seeking financing.
The success of a club such as ours is a direct reflection of the local entrepreneurial community. The RVC started in Denver twelve years ago and has grown at a rate of at least 20% per year. We plan to replicate its success here in Northern Colorado. We have held several highly successful meetings, with well over 120 attendees and several companies received funding subsequent to their NCRVC presentations. The enthusiastic reception that we've enjoyed in our Networking Meetings is evidence that Northern Colorado is creating its own opportunities and growth.
Entrepreneurs, investors and service providers are invited to meet and mingle over ample hor’derves while Northern Colorado ’s best and brightest entrepreneurs display their business and technological advances at an innovation showcase. There will be several presentations by entrepreneurs of emerging growth companies seeking funding, as well as panel discussions featuring local experts to discuss the topic that has been chosen for the event. We encourage attendees to use this social time to talk to people you don't know. Introduce yourself and pass out your business cards. Be sure to communicate why you are there and what you may be seeking.
